Computer not switching off

I was troubleshooting a previous issue and attempted to fix a driver by deleting and reinstalling it.

 

I restarted a couple of times but now, I turned it on and the monitor doesn't receive anything, nor any peripherals. I tried turning it off, but even holding the power button doesnt turn it off...

 

What do i do?

They are plugged in correctly and used to work. Reinstalling 1060 drivers as of now, i got to uninstalling.

 

Currently, I have switched GPU to see if it was the problem and trie the second PCIe port, which didnt change anything...
