best Gpu for gaming

I have a budget of around $320 usd whats the best graphics card I can get from my local microcenter change the location to Tustin Ca.

Currently don't have a good enough power supply, but I know what to get. Im doing just gaming if that changes anything.

The Vega is more or less toe to toe with a 2060 for gaming (ray tracing excluded). 

 

A shame your PSU can't handle the Vega, this will have to do instead

That’s a pretty awful deal for a 590, they go for around 300 CAD. Also the 590 draws 225W IIRC.
