Idk how I got myself into this mess, I just wanted to watch my anime blu rays on pc, the disk I'm using runs without glitches on the ps4, and the blu ray drive I used worked fine when I used the free trial Cyberlink software.
PC specs are 8700k, 32gb of ram and and rtx 2080, if anyone has input let me know.
 

I heard disabling our s/pdif soundcard helps, so I disabled my strix raid dlx, only for it to still not work properly.

my video glitches and has intense artifacting
