[Question] Wake on Lan Problems

Hey, so I'm having problems with Wake on Lan. While on the same network as the PC I'm trying to awaken it works flawlessly, but when using another network it doesn't work. The magic packet is being received because I've had it remote controlled while on another network and the Wake on Lan Monitor from Depicus showed the packet coming it. Yes, I've port forwarded ports 7 and 9 to my computer's IP.

 

Basically, WoL works while on my home network, but not while on another network.

Other Info:

Using "Wake Me Up" iPhone app (worked on home network)

Netgear Nighthawk Router

I've also done all the setting up in Bios, and in Windows Device Manager, Hence why it worked on the same network.
