hdd not working

recently my wd black 1tb hard drive stopped working. i dont know why but nothing is detecting it. windows installation, bios and other operating systems cant find it. all cables are connected and i can feel it spinning when i turn the pc on. is there something that could be wrong? if so how can i fix it?
