DRAM Yellow Light Issue

Hi! I recently built my first ever custom PC, after owning 2 pre-built PC's, and I had everything put together correctly, but I went to turn it on, and everything came on, but the Yellow DRAM Light came on, and constantly stays on. Everything is working correctly, but nothing is showing up on the monitor, and I am not sure what to do. I have tried moving the GPU into the second PCI slot, I have tried putting only one stick of RAM in the most optimized slot, I have tried putting a different type of RAM into my build, but nothing has seemed to work. Does anyone have any suggestions that might help me? Thanks! My build is as follows:
