WiFi keeps disconnecting (kind of)

I have a Realtek 8812BU WiFi adapter and I'm having an issue where the internet will stop working at random. I stay connected to the network, and I don't get the little yellow symbol on the WiFi icon, but everything stops working. I have also found that going into a call in discord will make the internet stop working immediately. I have to disconnect and reconnect to make it work again. I don't know a lot about networking so I'm not sure how to fix this.

Overheating can cause it to disconnect.

When a dongle starts overheat, get a new one, it's a sign of hardware malfunctioning.
