Maybe something like this? Not sure if it'll work because I think it's meant for a headphone jack and microphone jack, not two headphones jacks.

one way to solve this by spending as little money as possible is getting an 3,5mm (1/8 inch for the americans out there) TRS to 3,5 mm cable, they also call them aux cables. you plug that in the output form PC1 and into the line or mic input of PC2. in sound settings, you go to recording devices and right click on the input from PC1 and select listen to this device. now connect your headset to the output of pc2 and enjoy. if you have a few bucks (50) more to spare, look in this thread and buy a mixer.
