How to Restrict certain apps cellular data android.

Hey there, I just recently switched from Huawei p20 lite to Samsung s10e. Not paying attention I was watching YouTube app on cellular data and used over 1 gig of data. On my Huawei I could Restrict YouTube so it could not use any mobile data unless I clicked ok on the popup i got saying ok was using mobile data. Is there any wa you to do this on the s10e. I cannot seem to find it. I only find how to restrict the background data usage.

Samsung has instructions on their website where you can enable Data Saver globally on your device, then allow certain certain apps to bypass it. Doesn't look like it fully blocks data though - it merely restricts background usage, so I'd recommend setting up a data limit lower than your total data plan so that the phone automagically shuts off mobile data when you've hit 80% for the month in case you need the last 20% in an emergency.
