I just bought a different PSU, but it's installation is proving to be more difficult than expected. I plugged out all of my cables from the old PSU and replaced them with the new PSU. I plugged it in and turned it on. However, when I turned on the PC the RGB from my motherboard flashed for a second but turned off. My ram then turned on and stayed on. I have made sure that all of the cables were secure and that everything was plugged in correctly. It all was, so now I am stumped. My PC won't turn on anymore.

My PSU:

EVGA 750 GQ, 80+ Gold 750W, Semi Modular, ECO Mode, 5 Year Warranty, Power Supply 210-GQ-0750-V1

I've actually had this happen to me. my computer went into a boot loop where it would turn on and then off in a matter of 5 seconds. I brought it to my uncles repair shop. and he took out the ram and it turned on. apparently the ram stick went bad and imploded itself so it wouldn't load up. You could try but he said what happened to me was rare. idk, worth a shot i guess
