I buy a new cpu ram for my g4560, because i just want to have a little silent fan. But, new fan is too noisy when i have a ram, when i take it off, cpu fan start to work normally.
Advices?

New ram shouldn't raise fan speeds unless the case has very bad airflow. Have you tried reseating the ram?

What are your specs? Are you using the stock cooler?

Yes, downdraft coolers push air directly at the motherboard and the air has no choice but to go over the vrms. Tower coolers can also provide direct airflow but it depends on the cooler design and on how low the fan can be lowered.

Thank you. I just want to admit, that those AIGO coolers look kind of nice (partly due to the design). I'm unsure whether they have good cooling abilities, as the surface area of heat exchanging parts look very restricted. Though I guess a 65w tdp cpu would be sufficiently cooled by it.

Life is really challenging. I don't always suceed: )
