Are these temps good?

Yes, 40c-75c is preferred, then 94c or higher starts to get quite hot

Cooler? Seems like normal, but you should test under full load and post those temps. If this is under full load, then its excellent temps.

Those temps are fine. 80 and above would be the danger zone for me. Yours is well below that under full load so good on you.
