I am using one SSD for windows 10 and 3 HDD for storage. One of my HDD has some bad sector as it is old enough. So, during every boot time, I get a message that I have installed a faulty HDD. My inquiry is, how could I skip this step (that means, I don't want that the HDD should be checked on boot time). It consumes a lot of time during the boot process.

Thanks.

Maybe you could run chkdsk /f (assuming windows)? Let it run on next boot, then reboot just before bedtime. Not sure but there may be an autofix option so it can run unattended.

Gratuitous Comment: EVERY case should come with USB-C ports. It's time and past time. WELL past time.
