laptop not loading games

Hello, my parents bought me a new computer recently and it is the Asus GL703GE and I can't play any games like War thunder where everytime I get into a battle I can't play because my laptop can't load the stuff inside the game and it takes a really long time to load stuff like youtube, I know it's not my wifi because I used my sister's laptop and it's way quicker than mine. Is there a way to fix this or is it just my laptop is really trash?

That sounds like either a bad windows installation or a faulty/dying hard drive. That laptop is plenty powerful enough to handle playing games. If reinstalling windows doesn't work try contacting asus.
