Budget PC help?

Trying to buy a budget pc, this is what I have so far, any suggestions or directions to point me in? Looking for 1080p 144hz 1TB ssd 8+ GB RAM gtx 1080 ti, the only thing I’ve bought so far is a laptop and mouse for my console. Would it be cheaper to build a $400 dollar pc with the same results?Whats the cheapest I could get these results for? Sorry for the mass questions but I haven’t done this before and I’m looking for some good advice
