Hello,

My Fan(s) of my RTX 2080 XC from EVGA starts to go at Full Speed when under load. At first I thought it was a Thermal issue, but it's not. I was talking to EVGA and they said that the card should behave differently at those temps (about 77-79 °C) I also got my CG RMA'ed which means I got a new one, but the issue is still there. Here is a YT Link to get an Idea of what the issue really is:

I've tried a lot to fix the issue but nothing worked. So i'm pretty sure that the CG is not bad but something else on the Hardware Level is. But what...

Here is the list of what I tried to fix the issue:

- Got a brand new RTX 2080

- Used DDU

- Reset my whole PC to be sure that it was not some kind of Malware or Software that were causing this issue.

- And some other stuff that didn't help either.

My config:

i5-8600 K (not Overclocked)

16 GB RAM Corsair LPX Vengeance 3200 MHZ

MSI Z390-A-Pro

RTX 2080 XC Gaming from EVGA

850 CQ 80+ Gold PSU from EVGA

256 SSD

1 TB HDD

So maybe you guys have some idea what is causing this issue. And also, when I build this PC the Fans weren't behaving like this. It happend suddenly. I also had a bend CPU Pin on the Socket which I bend back, but i'm not sure if the issue came after I bend the Pin on the Socket back or not.

I assume the Motherboard is causing this issue but before I buy a new one, I want to have some comments on this, maybe it isn't the Motherboard after all.

Thx.

(Sorry for the mistakes, English is not my native Language)
