Games Stuttering

I bought a Palit Gtx 1060 6gb and my games stutter. In Battlefield 1 i get around 40-50 fps on medium in multiplayer. In gta online when only 10 players are on the server i get constant 40fps. In fortnite i always get stuttering, when i land or when i join the lobby its always stuttering. Please help me.

I7 2600 3.4Ghz

Palit Gtx 1060 6gb

Corsair 550w bronze 80+

1Tb HDD

Hyperx Furry 8gb DDR3 1600mhz

What are you setting your texture resolution to?

Battlefield Medium 1080p

Hold up, 2600 with a 1060 6GB? That sounds like a bottleneck. I could be wrong though, so anyone else, please explain why I'm wrong if I am.
