Windows won't recognize my wifi adapter

DarthSmartt

I have this wireless adapter

https://www.asus.com/us/Networking/PCEAC68/

I used ethernet for a while but now i need to switch back. My wireless networks dont show up in the taskbar and the adapter is gone from both control panel and device manager. I've trien uninstalling and reinstalling both the card and drivers. Ive tried different drivers as well. Also tried manually adding it in device manager. The led on the card is on and i know it works natively with windows 10.

Windows in general has driven me so far up the walls this week.
