weird wifi problem on android

my new smartphone (moto g6 plus) won't give me access to the internet on my home wifi but only on certain apps, so far its Amazon, Twitter, Twitch, and Instagram, other than that it's working correctly, I can still use the web versions trough chrome.

it is not my device, as the apps connect to the internet over other wifi networks

it is not my network, other devices work perfectly on said apps

 

I have done a factory reset on both my wifi router and my smartphone

do you have any suggestions?

Also, I had a xiaomi Mi A1 before this with the exact same problem, kinda hoped it would go away whit this moto
