division 2 randomly closing please help

playing division 2 within few minutes or 13 minutes its randomly closing without error , it says " oh no its crashed " it happening every time when i use dx12 . also tried lowering settings still not solved . please help i cant play this game

all drivers are latest version

while gaming using dolby atmos for headphone and logitech g hub also tried closing background application still closing game

pc specs

gtx 1070

i5 6402p

16gb ddr4 ram

msi z170a m5

samsung 970 evo nvme

 

temprature 75 while gaming

no overclock

Lots of people are having issues with The Division 2 using DX12. While there are some solutions that have worked for some people, they haven't worked for others. The only one that seemed to stick is switching back to DX11.

dx 11 is terrible so many freezing , lagging and  fps drop . it happen every minute
