Bookmarks from Chrome sync not importing.

Hi guys, sorry I have posted on this forum but I couldn't think of another one.
So all my bookmarks got deleted from chrome. tried restoring the bookmark.bak file (did not work).
My bookmarks look like they're still on google sync tho, problem is i dont know how to get them back !! tried reinstalling chrome to force a resync and did not work.
