Wraith Max help a noob

Hello folks I am hoping someone here can help me with this I recently decided to dive into the world of rgb the new pc I am building has the Asus rog strix b450 I mobo I purchased a wraith max for the cpu cooler the mobo has two connections one is rgb the other is addressable rgb the cooler documentation does not specify which to use I know the two run at different voltages so I'm afraid to plug it in lol so I'm hoping someone here knows.
