Provided it had an updated BIOS you could use a less expensive H370 motherboard.

Corsair - CXM (2015) 450 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply is a better and less expensive psu.

Unless there are features in Windows 10 Pro that you want, you could go with the Home version.

Crucial - MX500 250 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive is a very good and less expensive ssd.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

@Herman Mcpootis just to clarify this will be purchased piece-mill over the course of many paychecks and in no way will I be able to pay for a $600+ GPU that I really want but know I will never afford. Thanks for the suggest though. That motherboard though seems VERY restrictive to possible future upgrades to things like RAM. Good price I will admit.

@brob was really focused on full-mod PSU and kinda B.F.ed the Semi-Mods. Thanks for catching that. I will look in to the Crucial SSD but I chose the Samsung SSD mainly as I can just walk in to anywhere and buy one. Well that and they go on sale locally pretty often.

don't do that, save up for the entire rig and buy everything at once. you lose some warranty when the parts sit around, you can't return the parts that come DOA because it could be months before they get tested and better parts could show up for the same price by the time you get everything. that board isn't gonna restrict RAM upgrades, it just limits you to running it at 2666Mhz ram. by the time you need more than 64gb of DDR4 you'd have upgraded platforms anyway.
