Looking For Help Finding A Chromebook

Hey all. Don't ask for help much, but haven't really found much on this topic, and was hoping someone has heard something I haven't, so here goes:

I'm looking for a chromebook. I have some requirements I'll list below. If you know of anything meeting them, PLEASE let me know. Thanks:

Hard Requirements:

• 13" or lower. preferably lower, but I can live with 13"
• At least 1 each of USB-A and USB-C
• Headphone Jack
• 4 threads or higher, x86 CPU
• Under 10W TDP CPU
  • Really, just 10hrs+ of active battery life. Usually go hand in hand
• 1080p or greater screen
• At least 64GB of storage
• A webcam that functions at all. 

Nice to Haves:

• Full size HDMI
• Expandable storage
• A not terrible webcam
• Decent trackpad/keyboard
• More USB ports than just 2
• Cheaper is better, not looking for a $1000 i7 chromebook. Ideally 500 or less USD. 

 

If anyone knows of anything that can fit the bill for this, pls save me.

Samsung Chromebook Plus V2 was what I ended up getting, btw, if anyone else was trying to find something that fit the bill and was dismayed not to find much.
