Bad GPU or something else?

So I sent in my zotac gtx 1080 to for rma and they said it failed test so they would send me a new one. Got it, installed it and still have problems. While game is loading it will crash. Lot of times screen goes black and never comes back, PC fans lights everything is still on. If it does manage to load into the game It soon artifacts and proceed to crash. While GPU was at rma i played world of tanks on the integrated graphics of the i7 8700 and worked perfectly, 60 fps on low-ish. 

 

Edit: Launched world of tanks, artifacted on loading, crashed, tried to reboot itself and now the black screen, PC still on.

16 GB corsair vengeance 3000mhz

Samsung 970 evo

Asrock z370 extreme4 

Zotac gtx 1080ti amp

Corsair rm750x psu
