Blue screen. Regular screen freezing

Windows 10!

I have an Msi b350mm bazooka motherboard. Bios is at default

Amd ryzen 3 1200 at 3.1ghz not oc

An xfx rx 570 4gb

And a 1tb 2.5 hdd

I have every driver up to date but every now and again I get a bsod with a clock watchdog timeout

I've had this problem since I built it (2 months) 

And I have tried upping the cpu voltage a little bit but nothing seems to work, should I just get a new cpu?

And no it won't allow me enough time to update Windows  it restarts before the update can finish
