g502 problem

Hey guys I am having a problem with my g502 (my mother tongue is hungarian so I am not that good at english)
basically my g502's scroll wheel is not clicking and its very sensitive i would explain it like you press it and you feel nothing  but  the computer registers as a scroll button so when i slightly even touch it it register as if i would've pressed it
what should i do? buy a new one,send it back or fix it a have guarantee on it but the papers weren't filled out I dont know what to do

Not like that i know but the button when you press it the springs or the switch is not clicking not the unlock behind the scrollwheel
