display flickering issue

Hello guys, Recently I have upgraded my GPU to RX 570. but after a clean install of drivers, I am facing screen flickering issue, not all of the time. 5 min.. after after i am getting a single flickering. that's weird for me. not only while gaming, all the time same issue happens with me. I have used DDU for uninstalling my previous drivers, and right now using the latest correct AMD drivers as well. really don't have any idea about the problem. so guys please help me. how to fix the problem?

Processor: i3 6098p
Motherboard: MSI b150m morter
Ram: 8gb DDR4
PSU: cooler master masterwatt Lite 600-Watt
UPS: APC 600w
GPU: ASUS ROG Strix RX 570 OC 4GB

Normal temperature 40-43
During gameplay 55-60 ( 15 mins of gameplay )

What was your last GPU? What cable are you connecting with.

previous card gigabyte  1050ti 4gb oc edition. and I am using HDMI cable.

In that case it won't be the cable. I would return the GPU to where you got it for a refund because it is probably faulty. The GTX 1050 Ti isn't much slower than the RX 570 anyway so it isn't much of an upgrade anyway.
