That's coil whine. You'll especially hear it while playing games at a high frame rate. Usually not much you can do about it. Changing the PSU may help, or trying a different PCIe port if available. My solution is to increase the volume in a game.

o god thats good, i could care less about a bit of noise lol, i was just wondering if it would like fry my mobo, its an old optiplex 780 lol.

Nah it's normal. and actually there is something you can do about it. The source of the sound is interference from motherboard and GPU to your sound chip and/or route. If you used a sound card, or usb audio output. Then there wouldn't be any noise.
