I disassembled this old gaming laptop so I can clean the air vent to achieve lower temperatures however while I was in the process I came across a very tight screw that ended up stripped due to my efforts to remove it. My question is will superglue help me remove it ?

If you have a kit with multiple bits then you could try a different bit type.  Not just a different size phillips, but a different bit type.

Try this. Sometimes a flathead will work if you can find one that is roughly the same size as one of the slits in the '+'
