CPU not working

I bought for my emachines e725 an intel t9800 (https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/37005/intel-core-2-duo-processor-t9800-6m-cache-2-93-ghz-1066-mhz-fsb.html) . Previously I had an intel t4400. My problem is that the t9800 isn't working and I don't know why. And by not working I mean not powering on. I found an article that says something about FSB.
