I need some shortcut help

This may have a simple solution, however a search google and reddit provided no answers. I probably just don't know enough about it. I'm trying to program a keyboard with shortcuts that are not likely interfere with the defaults of other programs. Basically, I'm running a soundboard software in the background while gaming, editing, and browsing the internet. Does anyone know of a good comprehensive list of shortcuts used by popularly ran programs and windows 10, or a list of created shortcuts they've used in the past? Appreciation comes in advance.

You could use an AutoHotKey (those suck to set up however)

A stream deck, or a gaming device with software (Corsair, Razer, etc) would let you run macros.
