colored screen while gaming

i have rx 580 4gb and while gaming i a colored screen shows and i can't do anything and i have to shutdown the pc from the power switch on the psu i have replaced the gpu and the new one did the same thing but only for one time and  took it 2 days to crash  i have uninstalled the driver with ddu tool, checked the system files , and did a benchmark to the ram 

i have 8 gb 2*4 1333

cooler master elite 600

core i7 3770
