Terrible performance

I just built my new pc. I am running a ryzen 3 2200g. I have a coolermaster lite 120 for cooling. I am getting mediocre benchmarks. I am running the unigine heaven stress test and i am getting 2-10 fps. I am new to pc building and i am not sure why it is being so mediocre.

does the machine have a gpu in it and are you running the test at a level the machine can handle

The processor i have has its own on board graphics.

ok are you running the test on a very low setting then becuase the onboard gpu in cpu's isn't very good so it'll need to be turned down quite a bit

I was running it on medium. I even ran it on csgo and i only got 10 fps. And i have see 100+ fps on benchmarking videos.

Have you installed AMD's video drivers?
