Cpu SVID Support "cold boot bug"

Hello,

i have OCed my system(memory with xmp), my i7 8700k to 4.7ghz. But i am getting the "cold boot bug" so when i press the power button the pc goes on off an on again and boots into windows.

I have found out that the setting that is causing this is when i disable CPU SVID Support.

Does anyone know how i can fix this?
