here is a good complete system with fans.

i would recommend waiting to next month, grab a r5 3600 and order a bootkit from AMD.

i made a config on 'LDLC.com' and here it is.

  • AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Wraith Stealth Edition (3.4 GHz)169€94
  • ZOTAC GeForce RTX 2070 Blower Edition544€95
  • G.Skill Aegis 16 Go (1 x 16 Go) DDR4 2400 MHz CL1592€95
  • ASUS PRIME B450M-K88€75
  • Western Digital WD Blue Desktop 1 To SATA 6Gb/s 64 Mo47€90
  • Corsair Builder Series VS350 80PLUS39€95
  • Zalman S343€94

but is says: for the  AMD Série 300 (X370, B350, A320), a bios update will be necessary.

will it really be needed, and could it cause any additional difficulty's

and it also says my ram is incompatible with my AMD platform. is it true?! what can i do against it?

and could there be a bottleneck between my GPU and CPU?

Scrap the entire build.

It has way to many flaws including

  • Bad PSU
  • Slow and singlechannel ram
  • Bad mobo
  • No SSD
  • Blower style GPU

What country and budget in the local currency?

will it really be needed, and could it cause any additional difficulty's

  1. CPU is OK, nothing wrong with ith
  2. way too expensive. You waste money here and don't have enough for a "balanced" System...
an alternative could be the Sapphire Nitro+ Vega64 or the Pulse VEGA56.
  3. no. Ryzen likes high speed memory and you need 2 for optimal performance. So 2x8GiB DDR4-2666 minimum, 2800 or 3000 recommended
  4. don't get a Motherboard without CPU VRM Heatsinks. That said -> AsRock B450M PRO4 for 84€ or so is way better
  5. Get a 1TB SSD instead. They are around 100€ or so but really worth it. 3,5" HDD should be at least 2TB, better 4.
  6. urgh, no. For that System you should get a good one. Minimum is Pure power 11, 500W better Straight Power 11, 550W
  7. don't save too much on your first Case. You regret it later 10 times over. Look for at least a 60-75€ Case. The bare minimum: reusable slot bracket cover and the screews for the Cards should be inside the case not outside like on that one.

BIOS Update for 2000 series is not needed on 400 Series Chipset (wich B450 is).

Get a different stick.

I have a Patriot Viper (4) DDR4-3200 Stick and that one runs awesomely well in my system.

possibly.

Solution: Get a cheaper GPU, spend the saved money on better everything else.

I live in Belgium so we use euros (Europe)

- on the long term I would add another 16 gig ram.

-I plan on reusing a Samsung SSD (500 gigs) from my broken laptop

-wat's wrong wit a blowing style GPU?

sorry, I am a 'noob' in pc building it'll be my first time.

you can just another 2x8 kit with a good motherboard

i assume 850 evo then?

blowers blow everything through the gpu, they are generally speaking hotter and louder in good size cases

german pricing for reference

additional info:

I think of adding an m.2 SSD of 500 gig's (Western Digital SSD WD Blue 500 Go) additionally to ma old 500 gig SSD (Samsung Evo.... something)

I went for a 'modular' PSU, what does modular mean for a PSU, is it something good?

I took a slightly lower GPU and a bit stronger CPU (@Luke Savenije)

I also took a 'better' case (@Stefan Payne)

7. Cooler Master MasterBox Lite

i have the rgb version, airflow in it is quite horrible because of the front panel. only ways to solve it are to leave it off or replace it by a mb500 front panel (which i did)
