Cheap prebuilt PC suggestions

Hello, I am new to the gaming world as far as gaming pcs (which right now, my setup is just an overpowered laptop connected to a cheap TV) and I was looking to buy a good prebuilt for a reasonable price. I am looking at this SkyTech https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NV1KDS7/ref=ask_ql_qh_dp_hza and I was wondering if this is any good for the price. I dont know much about hardware so I dont know. Does anyone have any advice about what to look for?

I am looking for something that can run VR (Because I have an Oculus Rift)

its not bad, but a quick search, id spend a little more and go with something like this

https://www.amazon.com/SkyTech-Legacy-Mini-Computer-Desktop/dp/B07PJMD5GX/

Better GPU and more vram and double the ram. you will typically want at least 16gb of ram. For the gpu the 1060 isnt bad, but with only 3gb of vram that could limit you in some games. The 1660ti is newer and has 6gb of vram, can handle vr(tho given i dont use vr i could not comment as to how well)
