USB Ports not working

Really need help asap. I was upgrading my PC and switching out the drives. When I turn back my PC on and try to startup windows setup to install my keyboard and mouse are not detected. So I can't access bios or windows installation. Is there a chance a wire got loose in the process or something? Both motherboard and front case USB ports don't work. 

 

Contacted gigabyte already but they take a long time to respond
