HELP! PPPoe details

Hi guys!

its currently a Saturday and because of that, my ISP is closed, after a reset on my router I cannot remember my PPPoe password or username, 

is there any other way to obtain it?

Which ISP is it?  and most ISPs have usually given a fact sheet containing the username, and sometimes the password that you need for logging in. It's usually the same username/password that you use on the website IIRC. But depending on ISP it may have a particular ending to the PPoe username like

Not familiar with that one, so can't help you there. Did you not save the login to lastpass/keepass or similar? or save a backup of your router config before resetting?

An email was sent to me containing my information from Wessex themselves, but I am searching and the email is nowhere to be seen

Damn man, I feel your pain... haven't had any probs like this for a long while now, but did once or twice way back. Nowadays I ALWAYS save logins to lastpass and keepass etc, and save a backup of my router config before making changes, just in case. Can['t think of a way round this, you've pretty much snookered yourself there.
