Stats screen hardware

Is there any hardware availlable, either on a case or standalone that shows computer stats and health info as hardware? (Cpu %, memory usage etc) similar to hwmonitor or rainmeter but hardware screen... any ideas?

 

Ive been looking everywhere and can't believe this doesnt exist!

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

I built it with a 480 x 800p China display, 3d printed a frame and wired a hdmi and usb cabel out to the backside of the case - I'm not using it right now, AIDA64 did something to my Corsair h100i AIO cooler, so it turned off when AIDA64 tried to get stats
