Hey guys,

So I want to build a pc for gaming and will sell my ps4. My budget is around $250 and I would appreciate it if you guys can quickly list out some build combos. Ive noticed that the graphics card is the most important thing for building a gaming pc as I want to run games like fortnite, cod, apex, met, and other games like so. So far I have really liked the RX570 graphics card as I can find it for less than $100. If you guys know any other good gpus for under 100 please tell me. The question I have is which motherboards for like under $30 would be good to match with the RX570 and as well as a CPU for around under $30, plus a motherboard for around $40 would be good for gaming and having a good frame rate.

Thanks,

G

That is a very small budget, a challenge to fill but it can be done. My recommendation: wait. New Ryzen processors were just announced, and while their release prices will be soundly out of your budget, their predecessors will not be. People will sell their Ryzen CPUs on eBay and you'll be able to scrape together a decent build off the availability explosion of parts.

This power supply is on sale now though, you should grab it:

you could scrape together a build like this:

CPU pricing is a guess but we'll see if it's even lower, and more deals are to come in the next couple months.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

@bigboyman2

I would advise saving up a bit more money. Budget is real tight, and would nearly suggest keeping the PS4.

also as @fasauceome has mentioned, wait for the release of zen 2 / Ryzen 3xxx Cpus(07/07/19). It will drive the prices of zen / zen+ cpu’s Down.

Corsair PSU, back at it again. Who hasn't had one of those in their budget build?
