Need help with troubleshooting

Hello,

So I have finally decided to build a PC and already ran into an issue.

The parts arrived and I started building onto the motherboard box. I installed the CPU (ryzen 5 1600x), the CPU cooler and the RAM and decided to test if the fans would start if I try to turn it in. I connected the 24 pin to the MB and the CPU power cable, the front panel power connectors, but when I push the power button - nothing. I inatalled the PSU in a different machine and it works, so it isn't the problem.

Am I doing something wrong or it's possible that the MB is faulty?
