Headset Mic has Buzzing Noise

So I recently bought a HyperX Cloud Core headset. Everything seemed fine but the mic. I noticed a constant buzzing sound coming from the mic. I tried editing my mic settings and such but after some research I found out that it is probably a grounding issue. I had my PSU previously connected to a power strip, so I disconnected it from there and plugged it into the outlet. It didn't seem to work so I disconnected my power strip from the outlet and just left the PC connected and the buzzing stopped. Then I disconnected everything connected to my power strip 1 by 1 and noticed the buzzing slowly disappeared the less items I had connected. I found that the two things causing the most buzzing are my lamp and monitor, but I have nowhere else to connect them so I don't know what to do. Any ideas as to how I can fix these grounding issues?
