GPU scaling not saving

Hi, I am currently trying to set Scaling my 2nd monitor from Display to GPU as I heard setting it to GPU will reduce lag in my game. However, every time when I click save it will automatically revert back to Display even if I press accept changes.  For some reason when I alt tab for more than a few times / leaving the game alt tabbed for too long it will start to get really laggy even though its stable at 220FPS. Thermals arent bad either as its sitting at 50c - 60c full load. Whenever this happens I just restart my computer and the problem will go away, but I really afford to restart my computer every time though.

Fixed, turns out the monitor thats connected with the mobo's HDMI is causing this.
