Hey, so yesterday i moved my pc into my new dorm and i took out the graphics card to move it. when i got here i plugged it all back in to find my processor jumping to cpu usage form 10-95% the core temperature then climbed to 113C so i turned it off let it cool down and made sure the liquid cooler and all the fans were plugged in and running. today it is still doing the same thing so i downloaded a few programs and this is what i found.

Any advice or idea of what the heck is happening and how i can fix it would be really appreciated.
