Rad fan position?

Simple Simple question. Does it matter from a cooling standpoint if you have your fans blowing on the rad as opposed to trying to pull heat off it? I am using a Cpre p5 open chassis so in reality they do nothing but move heat off the rad, case air flow is more or less irrelevant

I think push is slightly better than pull but the difference is pretty much negligible.

such a small difference that you better just go with what you think looks better.
