Apple Keychain

Hi

 

Has anyone had problem with Apple keychain? My Apple keychain sort of overwrites passwords.

For example:

I go to a website and creates a profile and for my password I choose "apple recommended" password. So far so good. But if there is another password on the same webpage for example a password for a  wallet and I choose a different password it overwrites the old password.

 

Has anyone had the same problem? And do anyone have a solution to finding a lost password this way.
