Replaced motherboard, ram, PSU, CPU. Cpu is the only used part. Posts, Bios seems fine, everything detected, but impossible to install any OS - windows, Linux - to HDD, SSD, just from USB. Is it possible that it posts with no problems, but when it comes to OS, BSOD appears caused by the CPU failure? Cpu temps below 40°C

Asus prime b250m plus 

I7 6700 non k

16Gb 2133 MHz 

 

page fault in non paged area

Irql_not_less_or_equal 

 

Missing or corrupted files:

Ntfs.sys 

Dxgkrnl.sys 

Win32kbase.sys 

Win32kfull.sys etc.

 

Countless disk checks and memtest86 didn't show anything.

Make a new USB boot drive. Probably have a bad or corrupt USB iso.

That might be caused by a corrupt USB ISO file like @Skiiwee29 said.

yes. its extremely rare a CPU goes bad unless its user error honestly.
