What GPU to buy?!??!

I am building a new pc specs are

 

ryzen 5 1600

16gb ddr3 3000mhz

620w bronze sea sonic psu

1tb hdd

500gb 840 eco ssd

 

but what gpu should I get I have 4 so far that I have my budget is like 140$ 

 

gtx 980 found one for 130$

 

gtx 970 found ones for 90-105$

 

rx 580 8gb found ones for about 120$

 

gtx 1060 6gb found ones for around 130$

I personally own an MSI GTX 1060 6GB and it works great but I'm a casual gamer; not really into the fast-paced FPS games. Although, those games run just fine too. I get about 70fps on CSGO on ultra settings and 60+fps on Farcry 5 with Mid-High settings. The only issue I have with this card is that it gets pretty toasty (around 75°C - 82°C) after playing for a while but I maybe it's because of my ambient temp. My room is the hottest spot in my house and I live in the tropics (its summer and sometimes ambient temp is 37°C+); So if your ambient temps are in between 20°C - 30°C they I guess you're good. I suggest getting that compared to the 970s or 980s. For me it's just being more future-proof since games nowadays are pretty demanding on graphics.

I don't have an opinion on the AMD cards though. I've never tried playing with one.
