RAM compatible?

I have 8GBs of Kingston Hyperx Limited Edition 1600Mhz RAM and I want to get 8GBs more but they don't sell that RAM anymore. I was thinking of getting this because of the similarities between these types of RAM. Do you think they will be compatible?

As long as they have the same voltage and frequency they will work. 

 

If the timings are different you have to set the clocks to the highest of the sets.

UM I would try to find your orignal ram because new ram will cause wierd issues and instablitly

What about the CL timings

As long as you keep the same size per stick (like 4x4GB) it will be fine. This memory is 1333mhz, and is slower than your current memory. If you add this memory to the system, all your sticks will be running @1333mhz, even the 1600mhz ones.

you will need to adjust your timings and speeds manually if you have any issue with it. It will work.
